Originally born in Southern California, Courtney moved to Penfield at 6 years old where she spent all of her school years. After college, Courtney decided to move away but returned back to the area because of all it has to offer. Starting her Real Estate career in 2013, she has since purchased several investment properties, built a team, earned several designations; ABR, PSA, SRES, SRS and launched into the Resort and second home market. Courtney has a passion for creating a client experience that is unique and personal to the needs of each of her clients. While valuing relationships, Courtney strives to turn all of her relationships with clients into lifelong friendships. She is a trusted, knowledgeable guide to her clients and with her compassion, systematic approach and straightforward communication, she is a tough negotiator which has helped her succeed in her career.
Favorite thing about the Rochester and Fingers Lake Region? The lake life, wineries and breweries, many local restaurants and the SEASONS… can’t forget the seasons!
